For the casual listeners, these headphones are great. Good bass, but the treble in my opinion sounds a bit sub par.
These headphones cancel noise out very good, but then the sound leaks out pretty loudly.
I heard that the Solo HDs are much more better constructed than the regular Solos, but it still feels a bit flimsy, and that I have this feeling I will break it.
Also, if you are wearing these headphones, the wire is exposed, which might pop out if you aren't careful. Check the image I uploaded in the product images section to see what I am talking about.
The Solo HDs are pretty comfortable, I even tried sleeping with it on, and it still felt comfortable.
The best uses for these headphones is rap, pop, and house/techno/dubstep. I tried metal, but really it doesn't sound good.
