(There might be some who buy coolers based on the aesthetics of their appearance through a windowed CPU case, but we'll assume they're in the minority.) But while performance is certainly the main criterion, other factors must be taken into consideration as well, such as noise, size, other features, and price. The ideal cooler keeps your processor at or near ambient temperature, is silent, free, and unfortunately doesn't exist. Manufacturers vary the performance, noise, size, features, and cost factors of their products to address different segments of the market.

Well, the product works as described, it does cool in a great way and that is for sure.

As others say the installation instructions could be more detailed while being simple.

I chose to get this cooler due to the fact that that I avoided having a big and heavy cooler attached directly to the mobo, since I have to move my computer twice every two months as I swap between two offices. So this was a great choice, a lightweight cooler (in this case a pump) attached to the mobo. So having the radiator (quite heavy) fixed to the case eliminates the risk of a motherboard breakdown.

I live in a very hot area, it is dry and warm as a western movie environment. And this cooler performs outstandingly.

Excellent airflow inside the case.

Other thoughts: My only letdown is that as of now I have been unable to make the ChillControllV software work on Win7 64 bit, All reviews I read and watched had the software working and controlling the Kuhler speeds at all times. This is not my case, and the software will not work on my rig. Tried everything and even a fresh OS re install. Been researching and I found out there are others having this same issue. Hope Antec come up with a fix for this soon. I repeat, there are some cases, and I've seen the software running on Win 7 65bit, so this is odd.

Anyways, I managed to control the fans speed thru a P67 motherboard configuration and its OS Software called Thermal Radar (Asus), now the Kuhler 920 fans go higher or slower and higher again automatically depending on the motherboard requirements.

To do this I used an alternate install, plugged the 4 pin fans from Kuhler 920 to the CPUFAN and CHAFAN1 and managed its settings and speed profiles on the motherboard software.

Which was a relief, I did not want the fans to be running a high speed at all times. Yes quite noisy but if youre gaming it does not bother.

--- Now the pump, this is a bit of a shame, I have no controll over the pump speed, it is directly connected to the PWM connector of the motherboard. Thus I do not know if the pump is at high speed, low speed or else.

The product is great, If only the software worked I would be so happy.

***UPDATED: I had to RMA since we suspected I received a faulty unit, the replacement unit is working fully. Antec's Support people were very helpful and understanding. I am very happy with this product.
