Before I knew much about baby products, I just chose items based on their looks. This is how I cam upon this travel system. Aside from being very nice looking with its brown toned frame, it is also great in the functionality department. The padding comes clean very easily, and is comfortable. You can remove the seat padding on the stroller (can be a bit time consuming since you need to remove screws), and put it in the washing machine, which was a big plus for me. The car seat carrier padding was also removable, and made of the same material, so it was easy to clean.
The basket underneath can support a lot, meaning weight, and volume. you can carry not only a huge, overfilled diaper bag like me, but also a purse, shopping bags, etc. This material also wipes clean easily.
As for the person pushing, it has a great ride, and is easy to push without wheels getting stuck as some do. However, I have recently tried a higher end stroller, and was more impressed with its ride and ease of pushing, however, that came with a MUCH higher price tag. The stroller folds easily, and even though it is not quite one-hand opening and folding, use of your foot or knee makes it work. :-) Which is great if you have a baby that you can't set down, and need to work your stroller. The stroller uses and easy slide and turn style handle to be able to fold and unfold it. The stroller folds in an upward positions, therefor keeping all of the wheels on the ground. If you are not seeing why this important, then think, rain, slush or mud, when when you have tried one that folds downwards, it wall make the basket sag, and get all in the puddles, snow, etc. This keeps the mess on the wheels where it belongs, and makes it so only one designated side of your trunk will get dirty, in which you can lay a mat under to soak up wetness. In addition to the mess free part of the folding, it is much easier that having to bend all the way over for the down-folding ones. Still there is more benefit to this folding style! since all of the wheels are in one place while folded, you can wheel this stroller around while it is folded,and hold onto the handle, also, it will stand up while folded while you unload more stuff from the trunk while still being at your level to grab the handle. It is also very light weight, you can hike this thing up with one arm with no problem. It is also durable and sturdy.
This travel system comes with a matching car base that you can easily get extras for to go in other cars.
I highly recommend this stroller system, and and graco system like it. I have had great use with it, and is so easy to take care of, that it can last for future children.

This review is from: Jeep Overland Limited Jogging Stroller with Front Fixed Wheel, Fierce (Baby Product)
This is the first jogging stroller I've had, so I don't have much to compare it to. The main reason I bought it was for the Music on the go so I wouldn't have to wear earbuds. That part works well, but it's not very loud. I can hear it fine in the subdivision, but when I get onto a busy street I can't tell whats playing. I'm still trying to get used to the fixed front wheel. The storage underneath is ample. The pedometer is junk. It broke the 2nd day after falling 2 feet onto the ground. The canopy does unzip and comes down far to keep the sun off of my son's face which is nice..Overall, it's a decent stroller.

My cousins bought this travel system for me for my first baby. It's so easy to use. The stroller was light and easy to maneuver. Of course you have to read the manual to know how to operate it, but once you know how, you can fold and unfold it with one hand. The lady who said her 2 month old baby didn't fit in it probably didn't read the manual to know that you have to take out the extra padding so that her baby can fit nicely. I was sad when my daughter got to big for it and I had to get a forward facing carseat already. I'd recommend this travel system to EVERYBODY!!

I did TONS of research on the previous model, Kolcraft Contours Tandem, and I loved everything about it. So I was ready to buy the original model used from someone but then I found that they had a NEW model and had improved all the minor things that some of the ladies complained about the first model (canopy not tall enough, seats not deep enough, no cup holders for toddlers, etc.) So I couldn't bring myself to get the older model when the new model had fixed all the things that people wanted changed from the first model! But since it was a new model I would never be able to find it used...so I gave in and bought it new and WOW I love it! The wheels are my favorite part, super smooth and the front wheels turn on a dime! You have a million options for switching the seats and customizing them to your toddler or infant, this stroller is a dream come true for me. TONS of storage underneath also! I have no complaints, I love this stroller!

This review is from: Schwinn Turismo Swivel Single Jogger (Sports)
I've been shopping and comparing jogging strollers for a couple of months now and didn't want to spend $500. I do not jog but we do walk everyday and it's frustrating when your feet hit the other 4 wheel strollers and not to mention how much heavier the other large stroller roll. Finalizing, I ended with Baby Trend, Jeep, and Schwinn.
LOVE the Schwinn! Love how light is feel when walking, the inflatable tires, and real spokes. Adjustable handle for shorter people because this stroller is huge and a little intimidating. The large overhead moves forward to really block the sun. The 5-point harness comes with padding and are all adjustable. Although my 5-month old son cannot reach the plastic foot piece quite yet, it's nice that it's the same level as the seat so he will be able to extend his legs and "lounge". The adult cup holders are also great and allow you to hold almost any size cup (including the starbucks venti size).

My only concerns or complaints would be that the basket below is a little small and there is a bar in the way to get a large bag in there. The adult tray compartment is a little small. I cannot fit my smartphone :/ And I also had to order online as I couldn't find this stroller at any of the stores.

Oh! Almost forgot! Folding this stroller is super easy! This was my biggest concern when it came to looking for a jogging stroller. I wanted a large stroller for my trunk. Depending on where we would end up; shopping, the park, football practice. I wanted something comfortable for my son and for myself. This stroller fits in my trunk and is actually smaller than my 4-wheeled Baby Trend!!! I ended up taking off the rear wheels just because but I'm EXTREMELY HAPPY with the way it folds and locks. There were not many pictures out there for this stroller so I'll take a few later today and post them.

SUPER HAPPY with the stroller. If you are looking for one, buy this one. You will be pleased. I promise. It's worth the money!!! No need to buy one for any more $.

This review is from: Contours Options Tandem Stroller, Ruby (Baby Product)
My husband and I do Love this stroller but we've realized there are some major things missing that other strollers have. To some, it might not be a big deal but to others it will be. We've been using this for over a year with twins(started using them when they were 5 months & they're now 17 months)

CONS
*No Food Tray-this was something I never thought about when I was pregnant & looking for strollers(1st time parent) but there have been many instances where having a food tray would have really helped. Like we just took a trip to the Zoo and there were no highchairs or anything and since their seats didn't have a tray we had to hold them on our lap(it was not an easy task) 2 of our friends went with us and both their strollers had trays and their kids(same age as ours) just sat in theirs and happily ate. It doesn't state that there is a feeding tray so I can't be mad about it, I'm just trying to let people who probably don't think about things like that know. Had I known what I know now, I would have gotten a stroller w/ the feeding trays...and a place for them to have a cup would have been nice too.

*You can't change a diaper in these seats. Another thing we never thought of. There are many places you will go where there is no convenient or clean place to change a baby. My best friends stroller folds completely flat so you can change a baby, we ended up using her stroller to change our girls at the Zoo.

*The front canopy takes up the back passengers space if it isn't up all the way. We always put the bigger of our girls in the back and she's constantly kicking the canopy since it falls on her legs. Not a huge deal but certainly annoying for the back rider.

*They always have to be strapped in which makes them really hot. This wasn't as big of a deal when my girls were smaller and couldn't hold themselves up as well but now that they can they don't like to be strapped down, they end up getting really fussy because they get really hot. Again, my best friends seat has a bar between the legs so she doesn't have to be strapped in. I started just strapping the waist & crotch strap on them instead of the arm straps too. I tried not strapping them in but the way the seats are they just fall right out the bottom.

PROS
*Turning the seats any direction is really handy, especially if it's really sunny out, you can turn them away from the sun. (it would be even more handy if you didn't have to take the seat off to do this, if you could just swivel the seat w/them in it)

*Reclining Seats. They don't recline so you can change a diaper but they do recline so they can take a nap. You just pull on the handle at the top of the seat and easily recline them. My girls have taken many naps in this, definately a plus. A sleepy baby is not a happy baby and I think a stroller w/ reclining seats for naps is a must. BOTH of these seats recline the same and have several different levels of recline, a lot of double strollers only have 1 reclining seat or 1 just barely reclines so one kid gets a comfy reclined nap and the other wouldn't.

*All Terrain Wheels. We've had this on every kind of terrain and its usually pretty darn easy to push, gravel, grass, hills, woods, nothing has been a problem yet. We've been on trails in the woods where other people w/ strollers were, they were struggling to push theirs and we were easily breezing right by.

*Durable. This thing is solid & very durable, both the frame & the material. Definately something that will last a very long time. We did have the parent tray crack & fall off after a couple months of use(thats kind of cheap) but I sent the company an email and they sent me a replacement at no charge to me & w/ no hassle.

*It looks nice. We get compliments on this all the time. And pushing a bright red double stroller w/ twins will definately get you noticed...so if you don't like attention, you might not want to get this ; )

Overall, its a great stroller but you need to think what your family will be using this stroller for. In our case, not having the feeding trays and having to strap them in all the time are the biggest cons & the main reason I took off 2 stars.

My message to Kolcraft: This would be the perfect stroller with just a few changes/additions. I've noticed with the new Contours Options II that the seats are supposed to be roomier, thats a plus. And also that there are now cupholders for the kids seats, another plus. Also that the umbrellas adjust, another plus. Now if you would just make a feeding tray and have a strap/bar between the legs so older babies/toddlers didn't have to be strapped in, you would have the Perfect stroller...at least in my opinion :)

Let me know if you have any questions about this and I'll try to help you out : )

We have a 3 year old and a 4 month old and this stroller suits us well. My daughter is very tall for 3 and her feet drag on the ground in most strollers so this is perfect for her. I like that I can buckle her in when I need to and she likes the option to stand giving her a little more freedom than in the past. After pushing around a Graco Duo-Glider that I borrowed from our sister in-law this thing seems so light! Other tandems are very long making them hard to steer, this one has a shorter footprint so it is a lot easier to manuever. My son is large too and outgrew his infant carseat very early so the front seat does need to be reclined for him due to his age. This does not give my daughter a ton of room when she is sitting but he'll be able to sit in the upright position soon enough. I think it is great for getting the older child from the car to the store w/o having to worry about traffic in busy parking lots. It's a lot more convenient than bring a HUGE double stroller everywhere for a 3 year old who might want to ride and might not. It should be useful for a lot longer than a traditional double stroller for anyone with kids spaced a couple of years apart.

This review is from: Baby Trend Expedition LX Travel System, Millennium (Baby Product)
To be clear, this review isn't so much about Baby Trend products as it is about the company, specifically their Customer Service organization. I ordered the Baby Trend Expedition LX Travel System, Millennium in June of 2011. Our baby was due in September. I promptly received my order, and stored it away for a couple of months, until the due date was a little closer. To our surprise, our baby decided to be born four weeks early. While my wife was in the hospital for those few days, I traveled back and forth in order to scramble to get things ready for their arrival at home. Included in that scrambling was assembling the Baby Trend stroller. Once assembled I realized that one of the two handle bar triggers that control the folding-up of the stroller (for compact travel) didn't work. In other words, only one of the triggers was needed for the stroller to fold in upon itself. Knowing this was a manufacturer defect as well as dangerous to a newborn child, I called the Baby Trend Customer Service line. The operator's first comment was that the 'defect' wasn't a problem. After I coached her through the logic that a stroller that might fold while in use after accidentally triggering only one of the triggers was a significant problem, she placed me on hold, then came back on in complete agreement. She let me know that I should package up my stroller and ship it back to them for repair (shipping at their expense). WHAT?! I was going to be without a stroller for our newborn baby. NOT GOOD! After being shuffled up the Customer Service ranks, I requested that I be cross-shipped a new stroller so that I would be without a stroller for only a minimal amount of time. Seemed reasonable to me. It's not like my stroller was 'used' at that point. No luck. That's not the Baby Trend policy. I would be without a stroller for at least a week. On the one hand, as a customer, I'm thinking "this sucks"; I did my research, paid a premium for a 'good' product, I shouldn't be hampered by a defect. On the other hand, as a student of business, I figure mistakes happen, it's simple statistics, nobody's perfect; but it's in the way a company handles such mistakes once they're brought to light that either makes it worthy of our praise or of our utter SCORN.

So, without much of a choice, I packed up the stroller, applied the prepaid label, and shipped it back to Baby Trend for repair. That was three weeks ago. I still don't have my stroller. The prepaid label I received was for FedEx (from Massachusetts to California). My stroller made it back to Baby Trend in a matter of days. And, to be fair, Baby Trend apparently made the necessary repairs and shipped it back to me within a few more days. They, however, shipped it back via FedEx Home (some kind of half-assed subsidiary of FedEx) (likely to save a few dollars). Now, eleven days after it left Baby Trend in California (three weeks total round trip), here I sit on my front porch waiting for my stroller.

During the past few days I've called Baby Trend Customer Service to ask them where in-process my stroller was, to get a sense of competence, and to seek some type of compensation for our troubles. Keep in mind, the only thing(s) we did 'wrong' were to buy a Baby Trend product in good faith, expect it to be fully functional upon arrival, and not unbox and inspect it prior to the birth of our one-month early daughter. I have been told by all three levels of Baby Trend's Customer Service department that I have no recourse, and perhaps worse, I am not able to speak with anyone above the Customer Service general manager (Brad). When I initially asked to speak with Brad, I was told he was on the phone with another customer. I offered to be placed on Hold. I was told, "I can't place you on Hold as that would tie up a phone line for our other customers." (Ostensibly, I and my issue aren't important enough to keep an entire phone line busy.) Then I specifically asked, "Who is Brad's supervisor?" Answer: "I'm not able to give out that information." Me: "Who is the VP of Marketing?" Answer: "They don't take phone calls from customers." Me: "Who is the CEO of Baby Trend?" Answer: "I can't say. Brad is the only person you can talk with and he's too busy right now."

UGH!

In summary, Baby Trend doesn't stand by its infant/baby products or their workmanship. Baby Trend would rather inconvenience its customers than itself when rectifying an issue. Baby Trend Customer Service (and apparently its executives) don't really care about its customers (mother, father, and child).

I am therefore only left to believe that Baby Trend Must HATE Babies!

This review is from: Chicco Cortina Keyfit 30 Travel System, Miro (Baby Product)
My husband & I had the hardest time picking a stroller/car seat combo. This was our first baby, so we had no idea what qualities would be important to us. Safety is obvious, and price was of course a factor, but what else? Lightweight? Easy to set up & take down? Comfort for us & baby? Which mattered more & which "cons" should we give the most credence to? We went to many stores & tried out every model, then we'd come home and read the Amazon reviews, and the ones we liked would have negative comments that would make us doubt our decision, so we'd start the search all over again. It seemed like no one liked their stroller/car seat.

I'm sure some of you out there are having the same trouble, so for those of you hung up like I was on the negative comments, I would like to give you a different perspective on some of the other reviews. Just because there is a "con" doesn't mean it's a dealbreaker - these things are livable! There is no perfect item out there - the Chicco is as close to perfect as we felt we could get - we love it, and we'd buy it again.

THE BIG PICTURE:

1. This is a GREAT stroller for the price range. It is not the cheapest, but not nearly the most expensive. We bought a Graco first and didn't like it - the carseat on this locks so much easier into the base and the stroller, and it also feels much sturdier, smoother, and better put together than the Graco.
2. It rides great - inside & outside. It steers easily, it's smooth, and the handle feels comfy.
3. It is easy to clean, and the fabric choices are stylish.
4. The stroller is very simple to unfold & fold, and the carseat could not be any easier to lock in place.
5. It is comfortable for the baby. She falls asleep & stays asleep in it often.

NOW, TO ADDRESS SOME SUPPOSED DRAWBACKS:

1. Yes, the fabric is warm, (some of the styles of Chicco even seem hotter than others, go see them in person first), but so are pretty much all carseat fabrics (and swing and high chair fabrics). It makes them easy to clean). We bought the "Cubes" and are happy with that fabric and pattern. It is summer in Texas and the baby sweats a bit on her back. It doesn't seem to bother her at all.

2. We have not had any trouble with the straps being too tight or too loose, brakes not working, or wheels squeaking. Our baby has been in the 75-90th percentile for height & weight since 2 months, and no trouble fitting. And I can't imagine how anyone could have trouble locking in the carseat unless it was broken. We literally tried every model at Babies R Us and Buy Buy Baby, and this was the easiest one to lock in.

3. Yes, it is heavier than some models. The seat feels heavier than the stroller. I consider myself a full-fledged wimp, and I could handle either. I use a carrier of some type instead of toting the seat by itself when possible. Not a big deal.

4. When using the seat with the stroller, unless you have a very narrow diaper bag, it will be hard to get it under the seat, and you won't be able to fit some shopping items under there. Again, not a big deal - use a mommy hook or carry the bag on your shoulder. You don't need tons of heavy stuff in your bag when the babies are that young. We always used a hand basket for shopping - it is easy enough to maneuver the stroller with one hand, and we never felt comfortable putting shopping items under the stroller. It felt like people were always watching us thinking we were shoplifting. (Sometimes they specifically checked for that).

5. The adult beverage holder is too shallow. If you hit a bump, your drink will probably spill. However, if you are at the mall, etc., not many bumps there, and if you are outside, you can attach a water bottle to a mommy hook.

Disclaimer: We have owned this for 5 months now, it is holding up perfectly so far. We live in the suburbs, so we use this for shopping, but we also take it on a pretty rough sidewalk about 1/2 to 1 mile every day. We also have large vehicles, so no trouble fitting the stroller. Another caveat, either one of us does the grocery shopping while the other keeps the baby, or we both go & one pushes the cart and the other pushes the stroller, so if you have to do lots of shopping alone & with baby, there may be a better product for you since the carseat does take up most of a shopping buggy & the basket is difficult to access.

I went out on a limb and purchased this travel bag for my Baby Jogger City Select. The UPPAbaby and the City Select are very similar and almost the same size/shape. I read all the reviews for the baby jogger city select bag and they didn't have high remarks. I fly a lot and don't want to chance checking my expensive stroller at the gate before boarding the plane. I've had two other strollers before this one and they always get beat up. So, my strategy has changed now having spent a ton more money on this stroller. I check this bag with my luggage and use an umbrella stroller to get through the airport. That way, the Xray machines don't beat up the stroller (they always try to make you shove your stroller THROUGH the Xray machine). This UPPAbaby Vista bag is AWESOME!!!!! I highly recommend it!! It has rolling wheels and a handle on top. It will fall over if you're not careful. It does have a plastic bottom piece on the inside of bag to prevent the stroller inside from ripping a hole in the bag. The bag held up so great. I will say, you do have to take apart the City Select down to bare bones to get it to fit. That means, taking off all 4 wheels, making sure the seat is detached (so easy) and the foot extension piece on the child seat is pushed up to the first and smallest notch so the seat is shorter. I also had to take off the canopy that covers baby/child. It will all fit in there...just not all put together. There is a seperate bag for the big wheels inside of the bag and there's a big pocket on the front of the bag where I put the smaller front wheels. I do have 2 kids which means 1 big seat and 1 carseat attachment piece. The carseat attachment piece did have to go in my suitcase. It's a simple bar and wasn't any trouble to stick in with my clothes. After taking apart the stroller, it all fit great! I didn't have to have two people to get it zipped up. It easily zipped with room to spare. I'm 50/50 if a 2nd child seat will fit in the bag as well. If it doesn't, I'll probably just stick in my suitcase instead of the carseat adapter bar. I wish Baby Jogger made a bag this NICE!!! It's a shame you spend so much money on a stroller and they don't make a travel case to protect your investment. Glad the UPPAbaby does though...it is a quality constructed bag!!!

So far so good!! I wont be using for 5 months but so far I love. It was easy to put the stroller together for a first timer and the car seat need no assembly. Everything seems to work and had no flaws in either product. We dont know what we are having yet and I think the pattern is great for either boy or girl. It more of boyish color with a sweet more girly pattern, so they even out for either sex. The material its made of is derable and seems like it will wash well and not get stained, but its still comfy to the touch. My hubby and I are both really pleased with the set and would recommend it to anyone.

I would suggest the Bundle Me for anyone who has an infant car seat as opposed to a convertible car seat. If you can take the car seat out of your car, this is very useful. If you need to bring the child out to the car and take him out of it, you still need to bundle him up in something else. It's also really great for strollers. I love it and so does my son. He pulls it up and snuggles into it.

This is my third stroller for our almost 9 month old baby! I was all set on purchasing the Baby Jogger City Mini (as many who buy the Britax B-Agile have mentioned) when the salesperson said that she recommended the B-Agile over the BJCM. She pointed to all the "better thought out" features and the one that really stood out was the brake bar in the back. I'm not that tall (5'5") but even I could see myself kick that bar every time I would use the stroller. I also hated the look of the brake bar -- it was so large and unappealing. Plus, trying to press on the brake was tough; getting it to disengage was even tougher. But I LOVED all the color combos of the BJCM, the handle bar was a tad taller, the canopy a smidgen longer and the most important fact: that it was the original with that ingenious seat handle one-fold design. I like to support original design! But I couldn't help but be distracted by the brake bar. My second stroller is the Uppababy G-Luxe and we both tend to step on the back wheels when using it so I knew that if many others have complained about the brake bar then it's probably going to happen for us as well. My 2nd stroller is lightweight but just not the right one for frequent use. I wanted something super durable that wouldn't take up all of my trunk space! My usual stroller was a travel system Chicco Keyfit 30 Cortina. It has done me proud. I found it extremely easy to unfold and fold and attach the car seat for seamless, "covered" naps. But it really took up the full horizontal length of my trunk. And I realized that I would like to get my trunk back. At least 1/2 of it! So that's where I came to search for my 3rd and hopefully final stroller...(unless that is I have another baby!)...

On to the review of the Britax B-Agile: if it's your first baby, buy this stroller and be done with it! My excuse is that it wasn't out when my baby was born. As much as travel systems are great for newborn babies, this stroller works with any car seat to make it rear facing so that you can have your baby facing you. I use my Chicco Keyfit 30 and I like how high she sits in it in the B-Agile stroller. The actual stroller on its own is fantastic. The maneuverability is awesome; it truly glides and is effortless. The canopy has great coverage and I love the length in the front for growing legs. Seriously, not that a 5 year old should be sitting in it (toooldforastoller dot com, anyone?) but they really could fit in it!

I love the black with silver reflective material trim. It looks very chic. I had wanted a pretty color but now am really happy with the basic black -- it also doesn't look so terrible with my Midori green and gray Chicco car seat (which she will be outgrowing soon enough).

The one-hand fold gets me every time. That's worth the purchase price. I love that genius fold up design! (Sorry, BJCM!)

I have an active 2-year old granddaughter who hates strollers but wants to be carried after the first mile. This stroller did the trick, mostly. When my granddaughter is around, it's called a "Runner", not a "Stroller." She loves to ride in it, but only if I sprint once in a while. The stroller does great, it's the engine (me) that isn't up to it any more. (A word of caution - make sure your passenger is buckled up tight and the safety strap is on your wrist - these stroller have almost no rolling resistance and the brakes stop on a dime - fortunately, my daughter wasn't present on "first flight."

With our first son, we had a Jeep Liberty. It was similar to a jogging stroller and perfect for the rough roads in Hawaii and taking long walks. However, it was so big - it was difficult to use anywhere else. Plus, it took up a lot of room in OUR Jeep when traveling with it. So when our daughter was born, we wanted to find a stroller that was stronger than an umbrella stroller but still small and lightweight. We didn't want to have to buy 2 strollers and needed one that reclined so she could use it right away. This stroller was perfect. The wheels and "all terrain" component help it handle our roads, but it's small and pivots easily to maneuver through store aisles. Several people who wrote reviews we read were concerned that it didn't have a 5 point harness. That would be nice. However, the lap belt was high enough on my daughter that it supported her up to the middle of her chest. We just use a towel to help support her head for now until she fills out the stroller more (she was 6 pounds when she was born, 10 pounds now). I was worried the shocking pink would be too shocking, but it's not. The stroller has a great look, plenty of space in the basket below, and folds up and unfolds easily. I would have given it 5 stars if it had the shoulder harness.

I'm very happy with this stroller! I purchased a Graco Metrolite 5 years ago for my first child. I had it in my mind that I needed a lightweight/compact stroller that acted like a full size but wasn't an umbrella like stroller and wasn't big and bulky like the Quattro Tour. It served me well but I was always frustrated with the underneath basket. It was hard to access when the infant seat was attached or reclined and it didn't hold much. I had to use a "stroller diaper bag" to hang on the handle bar because my diaper bag didn't fit and I never had room for shopping bags. I decided with my second child I would get a bigger stroller. I found the Alano and it is perfect for what I need. The basket is very roomy and I don't have to use a stroller bag. I can use my regular diaper bag and it fits perfectly. The basket is very easy to access even in the reclined position. It is as tall as a Quattro Tour (which is great because I'm tall) but not as wide and long. The two things I wished it had are the fully reclined seat (although my kids rarely sleep in the stroller) and the adjusting canopy. That is a very nice feature of the Quattro Tour but if this stroller had those features, there would be no need for the Quattro Tour and for Graco to charge more $$$ right?! This stroller has the lightweight compactness of the Metrolite and the storage and height of the Quattro Tour without spending a ton of money. An extra bonus was the super cute pink and gray pattern. With having a girl for the first time, I can't get enough pink!

We've now had this stroller for about a year and used it for our child between 7-19 months. In the middle of that time, we moved from the middle of a dense urban area out to some rural mountains.

It was absolutely phenomenal in the city. No space issues at all even when going through subway gates and navigating tight subway elevators. When we went to small, crowded restaurants, the compact folded form fit behind tables or in coat closets. When we were driving, it fit easily in the trunk of our 94 prizm, and it was light enough that carrying baby in one arm and folded stroller in the other to our second-floor walk-up was something we could do regularly.

Both I and our child liked the many different configurations for the top shade, while allowed you to account for just about any sun or precipitation condition.

In the mountains, the ease of folding/unfolding for car travel has been extremely welcome. Here, we might have wanted slightly bigger wheels than the mini has, but we don't really have problems even going over rough terrain. I'm not sure how it would do for us in heavy snow; we managed to avoid most of this year's craziness.

The three minor complaints about the stroller are

1) like other reviewers have said, kids have something of a negative lean, even when the back is adjusted all the way up. My child tends to lean forward to see what's going on. I haven't tried the trick of putting cardboard in to stiffen things up, but have been tempted.

2) The basket is a little low to the ground and the back netting pocket seems a little shallow. While that's a slight negative, the space and weight tradeoff has been well worth it.

3) Yeah, there's no place to put a drink if you have one, which is only an issue because it's a little tough to comfortably navigate around turns with one hand. I don't think it's any tougher than any other stroller, but it can be a little unsettling if you are running errands.

We haven't regretted the choice to go with the slightly smaller, but lighter and more compact, stroller at all.

The First Years Ignite Stroller

Product Description

,Beco Butterfly II 2 Baby Carrier - Niko , Beco Butterfly II 2 Baby Carrier - Robots ,Beco Butterfly II 2 Baby Carrier - Luna ,Beco Butterfly II Baby Carrier - Duke , Beco Butterfly II Baby Carrier - Happy Owl Color: Red Stripe From the Manufacturer The First Years Ignite Stroller - easier for you, more comfortable for your baby. Finally a stroller that is durable and, yes, it really will comfortably fit your little one up to 50 pounds. The ignite features today's popular euro styled frame combined with our contemporary fashions deliver a stroller that you will love to use. The wider seat base means a more comfortable ride for your child, which will keep them in their seat longer. The larger wheels (6" diameter), all eight of them, allows your stroller to glide over any surface. Worried about keeping your little one in their seat? The addition of the five point harness means your little one is securely seated. And for you, the taller handles mean no more hitting the back side of the stroller or the wheels while you go for that afternoon walk or trip to the mall. Sunny day no worries, the fully adjustable and removable (for those cloudy days) canopy means you're little one will always ride in the comfort of shade. And if your little one starts to nod off during your long afternoon walk, simply use the recline feature and they can comfortably snooze while you continue on your way. The large upper storage console for you means your water bottle; your keys, your wallet and more are easy to access as you are out and about. And the underneath storage provides plenty of room for your diaper bag and any other extras you bring or buy along the way. And when you stop along the way, the rear wheel brakes (we also added front wheel swivel locks) will allow the stroller to stay in place. The ignite stroller features an easy one hand fold and weighs only 14 pounds, so it is easy to toss in your trunk in between trips.

This review is from: The First Years Ignite Stroller (Baby Product)
I have a 2 year old boy and a 4 year old girl. I've gone through 5 other strollers, including a Peg and a Combi. I chose to purchase this one to have a convenient, truly lightweight stroller with a 5 point harness. If it's not 5 point, it simply doesn't do its job in restraining my busy children.

I just received this stroller after ordering twice and having it delayed in shipment. I was a little concerned to order as it isn't available in stores and there are no reviews since it is brand new. But I am pleasantly surprised. First off the only assembly is snapping on the 4 wheels and snapping the sun shade into place which takes all of 5 minutes.

It is tall enough for me to comfortably push around without having to awkwardly bend forward to avoid kicking the wheels, and no stooping as the handles fit me well (I'm 5'7"). Yay!! The wheels are foam with a little give, but not as cushy as air. I doubt this stroller will work for off road, but will do fine on pavement.

I took my 4 year old for a test stroll and she is 39 pounds and 43 inches tall. She comfortably fit in it with the harness on the middle position so there is some room for her to grow. It rolls relatively smoothly though the recline doesn't recline that far back; I'm okay with that since my kids never sleep on the go. It has a parent console that includes a zippered pouch and cup holder. I stuck a water bottle in it just fine, but it may not be suitable for a Big Gulp. There are also 2 small mesh pouches on either side of the seat, presumably for things like pacis and sippy cups. There is also a small storage space under the seat, and I think it can fit a SMALL diaper bag or a few coats and books.

I chose this stroller over the First Years Jet stroller for $40 simply because I could get it in stock faster. I also like the khaki color because we live in San Antonio where it is ridiculously hot and sunny. The sun canopy is adequate though not giant.

The stroller appears well built. Even if it falls apart in one year, I'd just buy another since it's so stinkin' cheap. Thanks First Years for finally creating an inexpensive but comfortable umbrella stroller. I love it!

It's a good stroller overall.

Pros:
+ I like the way it looks;
+ I like the way it drives;
+ folding can really be done with just one hand (but see below);
+ the shade is awesome;
+ good value for the money;

Cons:
- cargo basket, although adequate in capacity, is quite hard to get to - our diper bag (which is actually quite small) just doesn't fit through the openings;
- all accessories, like belly bar, rain cover, etc. are extra;
- some accessories, like "universal" footmufs are not compatible due to shade essentially being one piece with the back support(I had to improvise a bit to fit mine - Elks&Angels Snuggle Pod); this was my biggest concern, since we live in a cold climate and needed a full-size footmuff to cover the baby (the only footmuff available from bayjogger is a joke, since it's too short to cover the baby all the way and would have required heavy clothes anyway);
- when folded, surfaces that your child's sitting on end up on the outside - although not a big deal when it's sunny outside, it becomes an issue in less than ideal weather; also if you need to store the stroller folded (like we do at our daycare center) keep in mind that the handle will be sitting on the ground (unless you store the stroller on it's side, in which case the fabric on one side will get dirty); I pray for no puddles on the floor every time it snows/rains.

I just placed an '09 Graco Snugride on the BOB Infant Car Seat Adapter and am disappointed to find that the car seat does not fit as securely on the adapter as I would have hoped. Neither the "grooves" nor the red hook" on the back of the car seat touch the adapter; a spot on the car seat half an inch above the red hook is the only piece of the car seat touching the adapter and thus, the car seat can rock from side to side fairly easily. Anyone else have this issue?

I am a mom of twins, and had i known better i should have bought this stroller right from the beginning and not dealt with the dreadful double snap n go.
After a lot of research on tandem strollers this one was the lightest, has the best storage underneath, steers well, is compact for what it is, and has good shade canopies. I also love that i can snap my Graco carseats right in with ease and w/o an adapter. It folds easily and stands on end, so you dont have to bend to the ground to pick it up.
I have just one negative comment which is the back seat is not as supportive and sturdy as the front one. But with a little work its easy to fix... I made a little slit in the seat fabric and slid a thin (not bendable) piece of wood in that spans the end of the seat (where your legs would bend). I also added some padding around this wood and stitched the slit back up. Works perfectly and now the back kid wont sit slouched and sliding. (A peek a boo window in the top of the back canopy would have been nice too).
Overall, very happy with this purchase and you cant beat the price.

This review is from: Schwinn Turismo Swivel Double Jogger (Sports)
I have tried many different types of strollers...joggers, inline doubles, Phil & Teds, sit and stands, and by far this is the best we have ever purchased. It was quick and easy to put together. Invest in a cheap tire/ball pump...you will need it for any jogging stroller. We have a 3 year old and an 18 month old and the seats fit both children wonderfully. The seats are more narrow than a single jogger, but in order to fit through a doorway they need to be, which is an easy compromise to me. My children (even the big 3 year old) fits comfortably. No, the footrest isn't ideal for the older child with longer legs, but that's standard on any double jogging stroller. Foot rests are best on inline strollers. The footrest did not disappoint me, and my tall son keep his legs on comfortably. There is plenty of room for him to grow into the stroller even more. The cup holders are great! There is a spot for both kids to have a drink, and the snack can be set on the tray as well. The seats recline easily, and would hold an infant rather comfortably as well-great support. The separate sun shades are a must-expecially with different aged children. It doesn't pull at all to one side or another-very well balanced even with a 20lb difference in children. The front swivel wheel is a must. Just to clarify for anyone who has not owned a swivel wheel jogger...you can NOT jog with any swivel wheel jogging stroller in the "swivel" position-on any stroller. That's why most joggers are made with a fixed front wheel. The swivel wheel is great for walking and for maneuvering tight spaces, and since the release and lock button is on the adult handle bar, it's a quick switch back and forth (a MUST in my opinion! I have had others that you have to manually "release" the lock at the front wheel-not worth it!). This stroller is easy to pop up the front tire for moving over curbs, bumps, etc. We live in the city, and a stroller that handles all of these things is necessary. It goes "off roading" smoothly as well! Wonderful quality fabric and feels very sturdy. Folds fairly compact and is probably less than a foot wider than my single jogger. It is heavy and rather large-but again, that's what comes with a double stroller. MP3 player is not loud at all, but I didn't plan on using that feature anyway. Adjustable handle bar is great, wheels pop off easily for storage, underneath basket is LARGE and holds so much! I STRONGLY recommend this stroller, and like I said, I have tried them all. For the quality, price and simplicity of it, you can't go wrong.

Well, I just tried the Bundle Me (toddler size) with my 20-month old in our jog stroller for the first time today and I am disappointed because it is definitely already too small. He really can't sit in the bag unless his legs are bent, which he hates. Plus, when I have the bag pulled as far down as possible in the stroller (the only way I can get him in at all), then it only zips to just above his waist -- definitely not high enough to really get warm and snuggly.

I'll keep the bag for baby #2, but I'm really disappointed I can't use it with my not quite 2-year old.

Joovy Caboose Ultralight Stroller

Product Description

, JJ Cole Original Infant Bundleme, Graco Spree Travel System ,UPPAbaby Vista Travelsafe Travelbag ,Chicco Cortina Keyfit 30 Travel System ,Baby Trend Expedition LX Travel System Color: Blueberry From the Manufacturer The new Ultralight Caboose is the lightest, most maneuverable tandem stroller available on the market today. At 21 pounds the Caboose Ultralight is 20% lighter than the original Caboose and far lighter than most double strollers. When we say maneuverable, we mean it. The Caboose Ultralight can navigate narrow spaces with ease. And thanks to its minimal weight, you can steer with just one hand. The large, comfortable front seat now includes three reclining positions for the front riding passenger. When the front seat reclines to its lowest position, your older child can still stand on the rear platform. The patented Stand-On Tandem design gives your older child the freedom to choose between walking, standing and sitting. Parents tell us this single feature alone has given their child a head start at developing a healthy independence, a win-win for both parents and kids alike. Parents of an infant or newborn will love that each Ultralight Caboose is outfitted with a Universal Car Seat Adapter that snaps easily into the tray housings. The new Ultralight Caboose has linked rear brakes adding extra security when the stroller is parked. The new 4-wheel suspension will make for the smoothest ride for your back seat passenger. A new and improved larger storage basket will hold plenty of gear for your outings. Joovy's signature oversized canopy has been designed with a sun visor extension that provides shade for both children and protection from the elements. The Joovy Parent Organizer is included with every Ultralight Caboose. After your outing, the Caboose Ultralight folds super compactly for storage. In fact, it can be placed in the trunk of most compact cars. And at 21 pounds, lifting the Ultralight in and out of your car is simple and easy.

This review is from: Joovy Caboose Ultralight Stand On Tandem Stroller, Sunset (Baby Product)
I loved my double jogger, but at some point (around 4.5 years/1.5) the seat just wasn't big enough for my oldest, and her elbow was in her baby brother's face. So, we moved on and got the Joovy Caboose Ultralight. My kids are now 5.5 and nearly 3 and they both ride comfortably in the Joovy Caboose. In fact, my youngest won't ride in his umbrella stroller even when big sister is at school--he wants to ride in the Joovy Caboose. The minuses are the tray that is hard to attach and detach, being harder to push than a double jogger, and not turning on a dime. Unfortunately, double strollers are always a compromise, especially with bigger kids. The pluses are a super canopy, great parent caddy with drink holder and zipper pouch, compact size, good fold, and great stability. It requires both hands to push on bumpy surfaces, but is unbeatable for airport travel with two kids, since you can put luggage or a carseat on the rear seat, and make your big kid walk. It is generally very good for indoor use.

The adapter is pretty good although expensive and not really neccessary. Be careful to order the correct one according to your stroller and car seat. If you search in Amazon for car seat adapter it gives you more than one Baby Jogger adapter, descriptions are not item specific and can be confusing. ***It's best to call Baby Jogger and ask them for the ITEM # based on your specific stroller and seat model*** Then type the item # in the Amazon search box so you don't waste 2 weeks like me trying to get the correct adapter.

I saw a mom using this on her Bugaboo Frog and it was the first thing I ordered when we got our Bugaboo Cameleon. It's sleeker than most stroller organizers out there, and really looks as if it were made for the Bugaboo.

Yes, it fits the Bugaboo Frog. As for the Cameleon, I think the fit is a little different because it partially covers the handlebar extension. If you frequently adjust the handlebar height on your Cameleon, this might not work well for you. I rarely adjust mine, so I don't mind slipping the sleeve up a little to do so and pulling it back down.

The tilt of the handlebars on the Bugaboo means that I would never feel safe putting hot drinks in the cup holders, but then again, I'd never put hot drinks that close the baby anyway, so I feel it's a null issue. I use the cup holders to hold my CamelBak Water Bottle and keys/cellphone/wallet. (I find the zippered pocket too small and awkward to zip/unzip to be useful.) The small pockets will hold a diaper or two (sticking out a little) and a mini-pack of wipes, which means I can do short trips without the underbasket attached. The neoprene is soft, easy to wipe clean and doesn't show dirt easily.

I don't know how the Joovy folds up, but one thing to keep in mind when using this with the Bugaboo is to remember to EMPTY THE POCKETS BEFORE FOLDING! I dropped my cellphone and wallet many times because they were in the pockets when I folded the handlebar down & picked up the stroller to load it in the car. I've since made it a habit to load the baby in the car seat, empty the stroller pockets, and then pack up the stroller.

I own the Original Bundle me and bought this new Urban bundle me for my cousin's baby. The Original Bundle Me seems to be warmer with the faux sheepskin on the inside instead of the micro-fleece on the inside of the Urban version. The faux sheepskin seems to be cozier for baby, too. When it is super cold outside, you have to add your own blankets inside either bundleme, but having the bundle me definitely helps keep the blankets where you put them.

One aspect of the Urban version that I liked better is that the nylon exterior of the Urban picks up less "debris" than the fleece exterior of the Original. The fleece seems to attract hair, dirt, etc. The nylon Urban is also rain/water resistant. The Original fleece one never seemed to get wet even though it doesn't make the claim that it is water resistant.

Another point to make is that I bought the Bundle Me Lite for the spring and fall months, but didn't really use it all that much. Unless you live in an area where the spring and fall months are cool for an extended period of time, I would just stick with the Original or Urban version. Here I guess the weather goes straight from Summer to Winter!

The whole line of BundleMe products is an AMAZING god-send if you have ever had to put a baby into a coat or snowsuit and then tried to put the car seat straps around them. I can't tell you which one will suit your needs more, just trying to help make your selection process more successful!! Whichever one you choose will definitely make your life SOOO much easier!

I put these on speaker stands in my master bedroom. Hooked up to my Harmon Kardon AV receiver it is crystal clear, has clean mid-range and the bass is more than adequate. I envisioned needing a subwoofer, but after hearing movies and music I see no need for it. If you are going for wall shaking bass add a sub to the mix. I have a system like that in the entertainment room.

They are beutiful in the cherry finish. I am sure the ashe is as well.

My wife does not like exposed speakers generally, but these are so nice looking she said they make our room more beautiful.

It has a rear baffle so you can't put them right against the wall. Placement 6 - 10 inches away form the wall makes them sing.

They are great.

I have a Sony HT SS370 Home theater system, and I wanted to have my rear speakers operate without wires running over the floor. I stopped by the Sony Style store and purchased the EZW-T100 transmitter. Unfortunately, Sony decided to wait 3 months before putting the matching WAHT-SA20 on the market in the United States. Once it was available, I snapped it up. The installation and setup were very easy. There are three frequencies that the WAHT-SA20 and the EZW-T100 operate on. Once the correct frequency was selected, the system synced and worked perfectly. It is fantastic to watch and listen to a HD BlueRay DVD with 5.1 Surround Sound.
