Unit seems solidly built and generally functions well. The unit does want to flop over during installation and an additional set of hands is welcome during installation.
There is a toggle on the spray head to switch from spray to stream and back ... BUT any decrease in flow will cause the head to "automatically" drop out of spray mode ... it's pretty irritating and very limiting as nearly full volumn is needed to energize and/or hold spray setting but at full volumn the spray splashes pretty badly. One would like to use the spray setting at less than full water volumn, but that doesn't seem possible. As a result, although the unit has great hose length and smooth extension, any use of the spray feature other than straight down in the middle of the sink will result in a whole lot of splashing due to the need to run the spray wide open.
