Faucet arrived well packed with smaller items put in baggies. I noticed right away that there were two rubber washers packed with the weight that is used on the long retractable hose. From an earlier review I had noted that one customer had trouble with a leaking connection. The drawing type instructions are very small and it is not too clear where washers are mandatory. It is just like a garden hose. If you do not put a rubber washer in the main connection to the faucet it will leak heavily. Once I installed the washer we were quite happy.
I double checked the instructions and sure enough it was called out there correctly. Also, the unit comes with two flex hoses. My water supply was just about 4 inches too far away, so we had to buy some extensions at Home Depot for about $5 each.
