The sensor only works part of the time. It sometimes doesn't see my car until I'm really close to the wall, and other times it see my car as soon as I open the garage door. I haven't got this to accurately judge distance to my car. I have tried moving the sensor to different heights, but it hasn't been accurate yet. If you have a car with a large bumper this might be great for you, but if you have a car like mine I would try something else to park your car.
