The packaging and look and feel of this faucet are amazing, but that's all the good I can say about this product. I'm a landlord, and this was the only faucet where I've had to call in a professional plumber to perform the installation.
The connections aren't standard US connections, rather, they're European. So I had to go to Lowe's and buy several adapters to eventually make this fit. The parts cost less than $20, but the adapters create areas of potential future leaks.
Furthermore, as other reviewers have stated, the pull-out sprayer doesn't have an "off" button. You can turn it on to spray, but then have to shut the faucet off and turn it back on to resume a standard stream. This is really a pain in the butt.
THe lack of a top place also detracts from the desirability of this faucet. I should've just grabbed a nice faucet from Ikea for $30 more. I suggest you look elsewhere.
