I ordered 2 of these chairs in Summer 2010, and they arrived in November 2010. We put them on our deck last month, and one is already broken (the piece that determines the angle of the back rest, and the other is about to have the same problem. The chairs have only been used about 8 times. Disappointing! It appears my only recourse is to box up the huge chair and pay the postage costs.
