One of the chairs came with 2 left arms. Seller had no right arms left to send out as a replacement part. This meant I had to pack up both chairs for return/refund from Amazon or take a %20 percent discount. For several reasons returning the chairs was just not practical for me. I opted to order another set of chairs and hope they are complete or can be made complete with parts from the incomplete chair. I had ordered the set (table, umbrella, stand, 4 chairs) as a gift for elderly parents. I would not recommend the set be purchased by anyone who would find such a return challenging.
