While using the snow blower for the first time the screw and bolt used to attach one side of the chute unscrewed and fell off thus losing both the screw and nut in the snow. Why wouldnt Poulan put the same exact wing nut and screw on this side as they have on the other side of the chute????? To save a Buck?? Secondly and even more frustrating after the second use I noticed one wheel becoming wobbly, upon invesitgating I found that the PLASTIC molded wheel had cracked and was falling off the axle. It cost me $54.00 to replace the wheels,I will say that Amazon was great and credited me the full amount that I paid for the wheels and I fixed it myself(I replaced both wheels with good metal wheels with bearings). When working, the snow blower does a great job, but overall I wouldnt recommend this machine unless Poulan addresses both of these issues.
