This is my second Sonicare toothbrush, and I have to say it is a huge step forward- and I loved my first one. Once you have gotten used to using a Sonicare toothbrush your teeth never feel quite as clean from manual brushing, because they aren't. I love how clean my teeth feel after, its honestly like I just got a professional cleaning at the dentist. The new design is sleek and clean; I love the all white look and the lit up settings, real classy. The new charging dock is pretty slick look too.

I noticed that some people had issues with the multiple settings on the toothbrush. I'm not sure if they wrote their reviews after only one use, but once you click through to the setting you want, it automatically keeps that setting as the default the next time you use it. For example, the first time I used it I had to click once to turn it on, and then three more times to get to the "Gum care" setting. After going through the full cycle (3 min) it turns off like it should. The next time I pressed "on" it started right at the "gum care" setting, and it has for the few weeks that I've had the toothbrush. I can see how it would be annoying to have to click through 4 times every time you use it, but the guys at Philips are a little smarter than that.

On top of how great it makes my teeth feel, it is it also is a great motivator for me to floss more- I'm not sure why, probably because I've made an investment and I want to see the greatest return. 100% Recommend. You will never go back once you've tried it.
