I bought this netbook a few months ago as a portable counterpart to my desktop. I love the quickweb feature and long battery life- it is so much more convenient than any other laptop I've had. The 1 gig RAM makes it slow if doing too many things- I notice it even when I load too many tabs on Firefox at once. If it's like the other models of this netbook, you can increase the RAM and then it would be perfect (I simply haven't gotten around to looking into it yet). It's definitely worth the price, and I am VERY happy with it.
