We got this faucet after seeing it at some home improvement stores, but it was out of stock, so we ordered it on Amazon. We liked the fact that it had the magnet holder on the pull out nozzle assembly, had the sprinkler/spray setting, and was the brushed Ni look that matched the rest of the kitchen appliances. It has a nice sleek look and after having it installed by our contractor, and using it, it seems sturdy and well made. The only thing that takes some getting used to is that turning the water off means moving the handle up, rather than down. Hot is pushing away and cold is moving to the front. We are getting used to this control scheme. The other feature that influenced us in our purchase was the diamond coating on the sealing mechanism. Since I am in hi-tech and know about these coatings, and since I hate to fix plumbing problems, it will hopefully be leak free for years to come. And yes, the magnet works great to keep the nozzle in place and presents a nearly invisible line on the end of the faucet. The soap dispenser, like others have mentioned, is made from stainless steel looking plastic, and we will see how this lasts over the long term, but it is really hard to tell except by feel. So far, so good. Like promised, it does not seem to get too dirty or crusty on the metal surfaces in normal use, at least so far, with our handling of it to date, and our hard water.
