I've had a Asus netbook model #1005HAB-RRED004S for about six months, like many people I purchased it for a vacation and if you don't expect too much that's exactly what you'll get ... to be fair the display is good, the keyboard is surprisingly spacious for this size computer, with a different OS than the crippleware Windows 7 Starter I probably would have a much better opinion ... after adding memory to the maximum 2gb (which appears to seriously affect the useable battery time) and changing to the Ubuntu Linux Remix OS I have an acceptable very small, easily carried and attractive computer (you can even hold it under your arm to use two hands in the lunch line), just don't expect to do much more than email, basic word processing, a little internet surfing and photo storage (which is all a lot of people need), and you'll be happy (I think my grandson's going to walk off with mine any day now)
